Cambridge Maintenance Services Ltd was founded locally in 1985 with its initial clients based on the prestigious Cambridge Science Park. The Science Park buildings presented many challenges, not only in the type of equipment installed, but also the type of tenants - often high technology driven and demanding a high level of professionalism from their maintenance provider.

The Science Park proved to be a demanding and effective training ground and instilled in the company the high standards and professionalism that it continues to deliver to this day.

From a small local service provider, CMS has grown significantly since its early days, acquiring high profile contract through reputation for delivery of a quality service and is now a national service provider delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to an impressive portfolio of prestigious clients across England, Scotland & Wales.

Cambridge Maintenance implements unique motivation and management methods at ground level to ensure that we deliver high quality service not only at a management level but at a ‘grass roots’ level where it really counts.

CMS engineers work in teams based throughout the UK and are supported by personnel at our Head Office in Cambridgeshire.
